Managing Director

Cathrine has 13 years HR, Training and Development experience within various industry sectors, including Hospitality, FMCG, Information Technology, Retail, Engineering, Sales, and more recently the Financial sector. Cathrine’s experience includes working overseas in Holland and the Cayman Islands for 5 years.

Cathrine has consulted extensively with various organisations with reference to management and implementation of their recruitment, talent management and training initiatives and projects. Her vision is for TPS to provide clients the opportunity to partner with one service provider and offer a total HR solution.

Gen Edwards

Managing Consultant- Training and Development

Gen Edwards has been in the field of adult training and development for nearly 20 years. Her experience is diverse - spanning the financial and banking industry to pharmaceuticals; mining; training institutions and the publishing sector amongst others.

Her mission is to ensure that real skills competency is achieved through all her training and development work.Her qualifications include an International Teaching and Training Diploma with City & Guilds, London; currently recognised in approximately 84 countries as well as various local SETA accreditations in the field of ETDP. She has a Teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) accreditation with City & Guilds, plus an International Assessor Award with them. In addition, she has been coached and then accredited as a trainer by Kagan International Publishing and Professional Development - California.

Shahana has 3 years specialist experience in the insurance industry, however changed her career 2 years ago after working in The Netherlands as a recruitment consultant.
Shahana enjoys sourcing talent for generalist roles. Shahana’s ability to match and headhunt A+ candidates is phenomenal! This skill combined with her experience and energy results in very satisfied candidates and clients.

MINNIE DAMOYI

IT Talent Acquisition Consultant

Minnie has 10 years’ experience in Sales and Recruitment gained while working within various industry sectors, Property, Information Technology, Finance and Engineering.
Minnie’s passion is Information Technology. Her drive to succeed is not to focus on quantities of placements but rather quality of placements for both the candidates and clients.
Minnie is very resourceful and creative when sourcing for scarce skills and enjoys the challenges that this specific market creates.
